learning to whistle loudly

Okay peeps, in preparation for the Chisels concert in November, I am trying to learn how to whistle with my fingers. I probably don't need to paint a picture for you, but humor me, okay!! I have gone from sounding as if I'm having an asthma attack to well, umm..someone who isn't having an asthma attack but someone who seems to be spitting for some strange reason. So that's gotta be an improvement, right? I hope so, cos it's making me very dizzy and I get a headache, my lips are bruised and the rest of the family can't keep rolling around laughing for much longer or they'll die, so they tell me. I've watched various you tube videos, read instructions with out pictures even Danzzo has tried to show me. The thing is, I don't like sticking a bunch of my fingers into my mouth and spitting every where, plus if I'm wearing lipstick I'll smudge it all over my face, lips and fingers, eeewww!!!!! I do have a metal whistle I could use but you see, it's been one of things in life so far that I have wished I could do and haven't accomplished yet. So with this in mind I am gunna keep practicing even if I pass out and my lips swell up and look as if I've gone 10 rounds with Anthony Mundine. I'm gunna give it go. Wish me luck. (exit Elaine with fingers in mouth and spit running down fingers)

That's so funny. How exciting that you are going to see Cold Chisel. Those guys have to be in their 60's don't they??? anyway...have a blast and keep practicing. I'm guessing with all the noise at the concert no one will notice if you are actually whistling or not so you could always just pretend.

Did you ever figure out the whistling thing? I'd love to myself! It's been a goal since I once had a classroom aide that could call our boys off the playground easily. I was always soooo jealous!
